Once you have 15 Galarica Twigs, head to the Frigid Sea. You can find Galarica Twigs at random by interacting with the sparkling objects found on the ground all around the Crown Tundra and Isle of Armor. Galarica Twigs are the same items you need to collect to create a Galarica Cuff, the item necessary for evolving Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowbro. Now that The Crown Tundra expansion is available, Galarian Slowking can finally be collected as well.Īs reported by Polygon, in order to evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowking, you’ll need to collect 15 Galarica Twigs and talk to a specific person near the Frigid Sea in order to have them transformed into a Galarica Wreath. Galarian Slowpoke has two possible evolutions - Galarian Slowbro and Galarian Slowking - but when The Isle of Armor expansion was released, only Galarian Slowbro was available to collect. Sometimes, leaving that area for a little while to complete a quest and returning later increases the possibility of them respawning. The Isle of Armor expansion for Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield included lots of new Pokemon for players to add to their collections. However, as long as players stick around the Isle of Armor near the Dojo, they will spawn around that vicinity eventually. Even though this process sounds fairly straightforward, gathering Galarian Twigs can be a rather tedious process. Take this item and use it on the Galarian Slowpoke and it'll evolve. Give this person all 8 twigs and they will be weaved in a 'Galarica Cuff'. Once players finally have 8 Galarica Twigs in their inventory, they will need to head southwest of the Isle of Armor and talk to an NPC that's located on a small island. What players need to keep in mind is that these twigs do not really spawn on a regular basis, so it's advised to keep coming back to this Dojo and checking the roots of the trees to find them. To start, go to the Dojo that players will first visit when they first arrive at the Isle of Armor. Players will need 8 of these twigs in order to weave them into the 'Galarica Cuff' that causes the Galarian Slowpoke to evolve into Slowbor. Generally, the Galarica Twigs are needed to help evolve the Galarian Slowpoke, which is now possible with the 'Isle of Armor' update. They need time to grow and they're only found with a perfect recipe of time, weather, and location. The Galarica Twigs is not just stagnant icons tucked away within the map that's just waiting to be plucked. The map is a living organism that's constantly giving players much-needed tools for their party, but they need to have keen eyes. The trick is that certain plants, rocks, and other minerals spawn in specified places during singular times. Hence, there are natural elements that will need to be accumulated to help with Pokemon to evolve into a more powerful state. Galar is a fairly civilized region that's very similar to Great Britain with its aesthetic that's coupled with vast forests, snowy mountains, and lakes. Thus, this also allows specific Pokemon to change in sizes, which enhances their abilities. Because of this new weather system, this enables particular exotic Pokemon to appear in certain places in the wild. Much like other RPGs, there is a fully explorable world teeming with things to find along with an organic weather changing system. This installment brings in some new features such as being able to trade with other players online and co-op raid encounters.
